THIS NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO BE AN INDEPENDENT, MARKET-DRIVEN, INTernational COLLABORATION OF INVESTORS, CREDITORS, ANALYSTS, ManaGeMenT, BoarDS OF DIRECTORS, REGulatory AGENCIES AND ALL OTHER STAKEHOLDERS, AND WILL BE CHARGED WITH DEVELOPING ENHANCED BUSINESS REPORTING GUIDELINES AND DEFINITIONS. DECISION-MAKING WILL BE GUIDED BY THE PRINCIPLE THAT ALL IN THE CAPITAL MarKeTS MUST DEMONSTRATE RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY FOR QUALITY OF INFOrmation PROVIDED.
