Mission Statement

The purpose of the corporation is to engage in public education and protection of the environment within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The corporation's activities may include public education, research, non-legislative advocacy and litigation on issues affecting the environment and the public interest. The corporation is not organized for gain or individual profit and it shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
