EPIC-Africa seeks to enhance philanthropic impact by filling critical data and capacity gaps in the philanthropic market infrastructure in Africa. We do this through various program activities that include compiling and sharing data about African civil society organizations (CSOs) -who they are, what they do, where, how and their impact, as well as their organizational capacity in dimensions such as strategic ability and adaptability, leadership and governance and financial health and management. EPIC-Africa also provides capacity building and advisory services to CSOs and funders, respectively.
