Mission Statement

THE PROGRAM IS FOR INNER CITY CHILDREN, AT RISK CHILDREN AND JUVENILE PROBATION OFFENDERS. THE CHILDREN USE THE EQUINE EXPERIENCE AS A TOOL FOR EMOTIONAL GROWTH AND LEARNING. THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM ACTIVITIES IS TO MOTIVATE, DIMINISH ANXIETIES, DEVELOP TRUST, LEARN SELF-EVALUATION, INCREASE SELF-ESTEEM, AND DEVELOP OR ENHANCE SOCIALIZATION SKILLS.
