THE EQUIPMENT DEALERS FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED AND SHALL BE OPERATED FOR PURPOSES OF: (1) PROVIDING MONETARY RELIEF TO INDIVIDUALS, EQUIPEMNT DEAERSHIP EMPLOYEES IMPACTED BY NATRUAL DISASTERS, OR OTHER SIMILAR CATASTROPHES; (2) PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS PURSUING HIGHER EDUCATION RELATED TO THE EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY; (3) PROVIDE FUNDING FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, INDUSTRY STUDIES AND OTHER ISSUES AFFECTING THE AGRICULTURAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY.
