Mission Statement

The Foundation is committed to enhancing mental health awareness by providing free on-demand training, seminars, presentations and accessible content focused on coaches, parents, athletes and key influencers in young people's lives. Our efforts include presentations, website resources, and social media engagement, featuring initiatives such as #TakeDownTheStigma for broad mental health awareness. Additionally, the Foundation also supports organizations focused on mental health and focused on fostering the sport of wrestling, collaborating with other mental health entities and educations systems to maximize community impact.
