Mission Statement

THE PRIMARY MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO HOLD TITLE TO REAL ESTATE, TO COLLECT INCOME THEREFROM, TO PAY EXPENSES AND TO TURN OVER ALL SUCH NET INCOME TO EAST WEST UNIVERSITY, A TAX-EXEMPT COLLEGE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 170(B)(1)(A)(II).
