EXTENDED HOUSING, INC. IS A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PREVENT AND END HOMELESSNESS FOR INDIVIDUALS IN LAKE COUNTY WITH A SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS. GOVERNED BY A BOARD OF DIRECTORS, EXTENDED HOUSING, INC.
