Mission Statement
To receive contributions and make expenditures for a ballot question to initiate legislation to amend the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act 1976 PA 453. The Act prohibits discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, public service, and educational institutions based on religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, familial or marital status. The initiated law would define "sex" to include gender, sexual orientation, and gender identity/expression; "religion" to include religious beliefs of individual.
