IS AN IOWA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT WAS ORGANIZED TO CONSTRUCT, OWN AND OPERATE A 29 UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS FAIR HAVEN WEST APARTMENTS LOCATED IN DES MOINES, IOWA. THE COMMUNITY IS BEING FINANCED WITH CAPITAL ADVANCES INSURED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
