WE BELIEVE IN AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS, DEVELOPING FULLY COMMITTED FOLLOWERS OF JESUS CHRIST, AND ENRICHING THE WORLD THROUGH SERVANT-LEADERSHIP. FDM IS PRIMARILY LED BY A LEADERSHIP TEAM. HOWEVER, WE BELIEVE THAT IN ORDER TO WALK WITH THE RICHEST ANOINTING POSSIBLE, WE NEED THE INPUT FROM RECOGNIZED VOICES IN THE BODY OF CHRIST WHO CONSISTENTLY MINISTER IN OUR LIVES.
