FAMILY OF FRIENDS PROVIDES MENTOR-BASED SERVICES IN EAST MULTNOMAH COUNTY THAT SUPPORTS POSITIVE SELF-IDENTITY AND CULTIVATES YOUTH LEADERSHIP, SO YOUNG PEOPLE CAN BUILD VIBRANT FUTURES FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR COMMUNITIES.
