FAMILY SUPPORT NETWORK RECOGNIZED THAT CHILDREN ARE THE FOUNDATION OF THE FUTURE AND THAT THE FAMILY AS A BASIC UNIT OS SOCIETY IS THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT FOR THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ALL ITS MEMBERS. FAMILY SUPPORT NETWORK SEEKS TO PROVIDE INTERVENTION SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN WHO ARE AT RISK OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT AND FAMILIES WHO HAVE A CHILD WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS DIAGNOSIS. FAMILY SUPPORT NETWORK RECOGNIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF PARENTS IN THE LIVES OF THEIR CHILDREN AND SEEKS TO HELP THEM ACCESS APPROPRIATE SUPPORT AND SERVICES AND EDUCATE THEM IN APPROPRIATE AND NURTURING PARENTING TECHNIQUES AND LIFE SKILLS.
