THE FANG COLLECTIVE IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION AND SHALL OPERATE FOR ANY LEGAL PURPOSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEAN OF SECTION 501 (C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE. THE FANG COLLECTIVE WILL ADVOCATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND CONDUCT NONPARTISAN RESEARCH, EDUCATION AND INFORMATIONAL ACTIVITIES ABOUT THE IMPACTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE AND THE NECESSITY TO REDUCE THE USE OF FOSSIL FUELS. ADDITIONALLY, THE FANG COLLECTIVE WILL ALSO OFFER SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CURRENTLY OR FORMERLY INCARCERATED PEOPLE AND CARRY OUT EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGNS ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAMS IN PLACE OF INCARCERATION.
