TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH CHARITABLE SERVICES TO RURAL CITIZENS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED A MAJOR INJURY OR ILLNESS THAT HAS CAUSED IT TO BE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING TO CONTINUE THEIR LIVELIHOOD.
