Mission Statement

The purpose of the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra (FVSO) is to enrich the cultural lives of our community and the musical lives of our players by providing high-quality programs of classical and pops music. FVSO further supports the appreciation of classical music by providing music education programs in our public schools (e.g., children's concerts; collaborative concerts with school instrumental groups, choral groups, and soloists; and student musician scholarships).
