(THE "CORPORATION") IS ORGANIZED PRIMARILY TO RAISE AWARENESS OF VARIOUS CHARITABLE CAUSES AND RAISE FUNDS FOR EACH CAUSE BY HOSTING EVENTS, SUCH AS GOLF TOURNAMENTS, DINNERS, AND 5KS. THESE EVENTS WILL BE FUNDED BY CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING DONATIONS AND EVENT PARTICIPATION FEES. APPROXIMATELY NINETY PERCENT (90%) OF THE CORPORATION'S EXPENSES WILL BE ALLOCATED TO THESE EVENTS.
