Mission Statement

The primary purpose of Flex Group Inc., is recruiting and developing high caliber, competitive basketball players, ages from 8 to 17, through character development and basketball skills training in the Coachella Valley. The program recruits youth from the Coachella Valley which includes Coachella, Indio, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and La Quinta, California. The program provides access to competitive travel basketball at an affordable price, allowing players to showcase their talent, compete in their local high school at a more experienced level, and compete for coveted positions in collegiate basketball that would otherwise not be accessible due to financial hardship and geographic location. The costs of the program are offset by fundraising and volunteer coaching positions. See Schedule O for Contributions and Expenses
