To provide the highest standards of excellence in assisting and representing State County and Municipal government in the area of labor relations including; dissemination and exchange of information data and policy pertaining to all areas of State and Local labor relations; to foster cooperation among members concerning labor relations policies practices and legislation; and to provide additional guidance and assistance in public sector labor relations.
