TO PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDY OF JACKSON SCHOOL DISTRICT BY PROVIDING FOOD WITHOUT COST AND OFFERING CLOTHES AT A REASONABLE PRICE TO ALL, OR WITHOUT COST TO VICTIMS OF DISASTERS SUCH AS FIRE, FLOOD, ETC.
