IT IS INTENDED THAT THE CORPORATION WILL PRIMARILY SUPPORT AND BENEFIT FOODLINK, WHICH IS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 170(B)(1)(A) (OTHER THAN IN CLAUSES (VII) AND (VIII)) OF THE CODE.
