THIS INCLUDES PROVIDING EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND RESOURCES TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS; ADVOCATING FOR POLICIES THAT IMPROVE WORKING CONDITIONS AND PUBLIC SAFETY; AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS TO MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES; AND ENGAGING IN COMMUNITY OUTREACH TO FOSTER POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE POLICE FORCE AND THE PUBLIC.
