TO SERVE THE PUBLIC AS A PRESENTER OF ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR FAMILY AUDIENCES, TO PROMOTE THE ARTS AND CREATE A HUB FOR CREATIVES OF THE UNDERSERVERED APPALACHIAN REGION AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL ARTS PROGRAMMING FOR THE PUBLIC AND FOR AREA SCHOOLS.
