THE FPESLL IS DEDICATED TO GIVING A DIVERSE GROUP OF BOYS AND GIRLS IN OUR COMMUNITY THE BEST POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD THEIR CHARACTER WHILE DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS IN BASEBALL. THE LEAGUE WILL PROVIDE A POSITIVE, SAFE, AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR A WELL-ORGANIZED, SUPERVISED, AND FUN YOUTH BASEBALL PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM WILL ADVOCATE SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, CONFIDENCE, COURAGE, CAMARADERIE, HONESTY, DISCIPLINE, AND A SOUND WORK ETHIC, ALL CHARACTERISTICS NECESSARY TO BUILDING OUR PLAYERS INTO SOLID CITIZENS OF THEIR COMMUNITY.
