THE ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE MENTAL AND MORAL SUPPORT TO MEMBERS OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY AND TO PROMOTE AWARENESS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNELS DESIRE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC.
