Mission Statement

Friends of Chervonohrad (FoC) is an organization with a mission to provide direct support to the community in Chervonohrad, Ukraine, 30 miles from the Polish border, which has seen a large influx of refugees from more dire parts of Ukraine impacted by war and a large number of its own people drawn to the front lines of the war. It operates as 501c3 organization with all of its donations being tax deductible under ID 92-0832920. Its co-founders are siblings Roman Malantchouk and Natalia Sawka, both of whom have been born and raised in Chervonohrad, still have much of their family residing there and therefore have close ties to the community.
