Mission Statement

The Organization's mission is to promote advocacy for abused, abandoned and neglected animals. The Organization's mission is also to recruit volunteer advocates and to provide training and education for such volunteers in establishing spay neuter, foster, and adoption programs for abandoned animals, in Harrison County, Texas, and to provide volunteers to assist the City of Marshall, Texas municipality in providing public awareness and educational programs, and establishing and operating a sustainable low kill animal control and shelter operation.
