TO ACCOMPLISH ITS MISSION, FOMP HAS ESTABLISHED THE FOLLOWING PERFORMANCE GOALS: 1. ENSURE THAT THE PLAZA REMAINS A TREASURED PUBLIC SPACE, ACCESSIBLE TO ALL AND PRESERVED FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS OF SAN FRANCISCANS. 2.
