TO FINANCIALLY AND OTHERWISE PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE CITY OF OLIVE BRANCH AND ITS SURROUNDING COMMUNITY BY PROMOTING PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL'S PHYSICAL FITNESS AND TRAINING, THEREBY REDUCING JOB RELATED INJURIES.
