The organization will develop a 37 acre property into different gardens areas with connecting paths The site connects to a Town of Grand Island park and the NYS West River Shoreline Trail The site will be open to the public and will have informational literature events and displays for public involvement It offers educational environmental and ecological benefits to the participants and the community in general
