TO ASSIST IN PROMOTING THE RENOVATION, RESTORATION AND MAINTENANCE OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED RIVERVIEW STADUUM LOCATED IN THE CITY OF CLINTON IOWA AND TO SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL.
