Mission Statement

Friends of Texas Panhandle Shelter Pets is a placement and transport rescue that works with small town panhandle shelters to help animals who are at risk of euthanasia get to rescues where they are adopted and loved.Our volunteers work with their local animal control officers to identify adoptable animals in their custody, remove them from animal control and care for them until at which time they can be vetted and transported to our partner rescues for adoption.
