THE FUNDS ARE USED FOR LIBRARY NEEDS WHICH INCLUDE THE PURCHASE OF BOOKS, FACILITY NEEDS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO STIMULATE GIFT GIVING, TO ENRICH THE CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES TO CITIZENS SERVICED BY THE LIBRARY.
