Mission Statement

FT Fit Therapy is a community outreach and education program for youth and young adults issuing sports and recreation stipends along with mentorship to youth and young adults k-12. FT Fit Therapy educates the public on the benefits of physical fitness to combat mental health, substance use, obesity and prevention.
