MAKES GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS CARRYING OUT THESE PURPOSES AND OTHERWISE COOPERATES WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND/OR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES TO ACHIEVE THESE GOALS. FPR, INC.
