FWPD COLD CASE SUPPORT GROUP WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR NECESSARY TRAINING, EQUIPMENT, AND FORENSIC ANALYSIS WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNAVAILABLE, OR UNREASONABLY DELAYED, TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH'S COLD CASE DETECTIVES DUE TO BUDGETARY CONSTRAINTS.
