TO TRAIN VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS AND RESPOND TO EMERGENCY CALLS WITHIN THE AREA. TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY CARE AS NECESSARY TO THE AREA BASED ON 911 CALLS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
