DEVELOPED PRIMARILY AS A SAFE HOUSE, THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM PROVIDES LONG-TERM SECURE HOUSING AS A HAVEN FROM SOCIAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC FACTORS THAT DRIVE WOMEN TO DESPERATE MEANS FOR SURVIVAL.
