TO SERVE AS THE PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIES TO PROVIDE GEORGIA COMMUNITY ACTION ASSOCIATIONS THE TOOLS TO BE EFFECTIVE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCIES IN SOLVING THE PROBLEMS OF POVERTY WITHIN THE STATE OF GEORGIA.
