THE VOLUNTEER LED ORGANIZATION BRINGS A PRIMARY FOCUS ON GROWING INTER-LEAGUE PLAY IN A SETTING WHERE ALL PLAYERS CONTRIBUTE, AND TEAMS ARE BALANCED IN SKILLS AND LEARN TO PLAY BALL WITH GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP.
