PROVIDE A SAFE, NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR GIRLS AFFECTED BY PHYSICAL, SEXUAL OR EMOTIONAL ABUSE, NEGLECT, ABANDONMENT, EXPLOITATION OR SEVERE DYSFUNCTION. OPEN ENROLLMENT CHARTER SCHOOL AUTHORIZED BY THE TEXAS EDUCATION AGENCY AS A LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCY SERVING CHILDREN IN GRADES PRE-K THROUGH 8 WITH AN EMPHASIS ON FINE ARTS AND ATHLETICS.
