We combine a research-based curriculum, which addresses many aspects of girls' development including their physical and emotional well-being, with exercise. During two - ten week after school sessions, we teach them tools to make positive life decisions. We served 342 girls in the fall program and 467 girls in the spring. The program culminates with a celebratory 5K running event.
