Easing our community's emotional and financial burdens through relationships with caring referring partners. We bring a community network together to donate items, time, and money to meet essential needs in the County. Critical needs are met through working with professional social workers, teachers, doctors, clergy, nurses and so on to refer individuals and families in need of items, bills paid, medical, clothing, utilities or basic needs.
