THE COUNCIL IS STAFFED BY HIGHLY-MOTIVATED REPRESNETATIVE COMMUNITY LEADERS WHO SHARE A FIRM COMMITTMENT TO FOSTER INTERNATIOAL FELLOWSHIP AND GOODWILL. THE CONCIL INTERACTS HARMONIOUSLY WITH ALL LOCAL INSTITUTIONS, BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE, THAT HAVE ESTABLISHED INTERNATIONAL LINKS.
