TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO TEENS WITH A DESIRE TO ATTEND A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY OF THEIR CHOICE TO PURSUE A DEGREE IN THE FIELD OF THE ARTS.
