Mission Statement

The GOE IPA is a strategic partnership of not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organizations. We collaborate to support growth capacity and sustainability of member hospices ensuring high-quality care for patients and families. The coalition comprises eight providers serving 17 counties in upstate and central New York covering an area with over 1.4 million people encompassing 42% of New York States land mass.
