TO HOST A TOURNAMENT ON THE PGA'S WEB.COM TOUR AND A TOURNAMENT ON THE REGULAR PGA TOUR. IN TURN GCF HAS CONTRACTED WITH LAGARDERE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT TO CONDUCT THE TOURNAMENTS, INCLUDING ALL OPERATIONS, OBTAINING CORPORATE SPONSORS TO UNDERWRITE THE COSTS OF THE TOURNAMENTS, SELLING TICKETS, AND MAKING ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE PROFESSIONAL GOLF ASSOCIATION/WEB.COM TOUR.
