Mission Statement

TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND GUIDANCE IN THE SKILLED MANUFACTURING TRADES FOR NONSKILLED PERSONS WHO ARE UNABLE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT OR CANNOT ADVANCE FROM POORLY PAID EMPLOYMENT DUE TO INADEQUATE TRAINING OR SKILLS, THEREBY REDUCING UNEMPLOYMENT AND UNDEREMPLOYMENT, BENEFITING THE COMMUNITY AND REDUCING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT.
