Grand Family Coalitions Mission is to build a community of support around grandparents, other relatives raising kin, and the children in their care, by creating a place where grandfamilies and services connect. In addition, we bring awareness to our community concerning the needs of grandfamilies.Our vision is that Grandfamilies are regarded as a fundamental and vital part of our community so that the children grow up in a safe, loving, and familiar home
