THE DEPARTMENT WILL PROVIDE TREATMENT OR OTHER REQUIRED SERVICES TO ALL INDIVIDUALS IN NEED, BE IT LIFE OR PROPERTY. THE CARE AND TREATMENT WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALL PATIENTS. WE ARE CONSTANTLY STRIVING FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CARE DELIVERED, THE QUALITY OF MEMBERSHIP, THE QUALITY OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION PROVIDED TO OUR MEMBERS, PATIENTS, AND THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
